Golf bay booking system and website for Laganview Golf Centre
A bold, brand-led website for Laganview Golf Centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland's largest golf venue. Recently redesigned and rebuilt around a simpler idea: serious practice or serious fun. Behind it sits our bespoke bay booking system and a tailor-made admin platform handling bookings, payments, gift cards, discounts and customer accounts.

The challenge: one venue, three audiences
Visitors arrive for completely different reasons, and the old site made every one of them take the same route through it.
Laganview had grown a lot since we first built their site. The venue now runs 50 floodlit bays, 12 social bays and a VIP suite, and it was the first driving range in Ireland to install Inrange ball tracking.
Someone who just wanted to hit a bucket of balls after work had to work out whether they needed to reserve anything at all, and a group booking a social bay for a birthday had to pick their way through the same pages.
Payments were the other half of it. Bays, gift cards, discounts and group deposits each need to be taken differently, and all of it had to come together in one booking flow.
Our approach: split the routes
Laganview has grown a lot since we first built their site, so we went back and rebuilt it around how people actually use the place.
The redesign splits that into three from the first screen. Practice is walk-ins only with no booking needed, social bays are booked online, and parties and group events go through an enquiry form. Someone who just wants to hit a bucket of balls after work no longer has to work out whether they need to reserve anything.
The rest of the design follows the same logic. Bold type, a much darker palette and the venue’s own photography, with the booking bar always within reach on both desktop and mobile.
Behind the site sits the admin the team actually live in. Availability, pricing, gift cards, discounts and customer accounts are all managed there, and confirmations go out on their own rather than being written by somebody at the desk.
What we built for Laganview Golf Centre
Fifty floodlit bays, twelve social bays and a VIP suite, each bookable or walk-in depending on what somebody came for.
Bay booking
Social bays are booked and paid for online, with availability, pricing and duration all managed by the team rather than fixed in code.
Three routes in
Practice is walk-in with nothing to reserve, social bays are booked online, and parties and groups go through an enquiry, separated from the first screen.
Payments and gift cards
Dojo handles card payments, gift cards are sold and redeemed through the same system, and discounts apply without a code being emailed around.
Customer accounts
Customers get an account and their booking history, which is what turns a first visit into a repeat one.
Automatic confirmations
PDF confirmations and receipts are generated and sent without anybody writing them out.
Inrange leaderboards
The first driving range in Ireland to fit Inrange ball tracking, with the leaderboards surfaced on the site.
